At Luxury Marble Sink, each of our pieces is handcrafted to order using premium natural stone. Because every sink is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before production is approved. Once you confirm the design and we begin production, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the custom nature of our work.

Shipping Damage Guarantee

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right. We offer a full re-production guarantee at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will begin the process of creating a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Each sink is made-to-order and uniquely crafted according to your material, finish, and sizing preferences. Because of this level of customization, returned products cannot be resold or reused — which is why we do not offer general returns or exchanges.
