We ship all of our handcrafted marble sinks with the utmost care, using premium logistics partners such as DHL Express for fast and secure international delivery.

Each sink is custom-made to order by skilled artisans and carefully packaged in custom protective wooden crates to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition.

Production Time

As each piece is made to order, production takes approximately 2–3 weeks. This timeline allows us to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality control. For more specific lead times, please refer to the product page.

Shipping Time

Once your order is completed and shipped, it typically arrives in the USA within 2–4 business days via DHL Express. You will receive tracking details as soon as your shipment leaves our studio.

Delivery Address Reminder

To ensure timely delivery, please provide a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Duties & Taxes

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to the United States. All customs duties and import taxes are included in your purchase price — no hidden fees or surprise charges at delivery.

Although extremely rare, if your sink arrives damaged, please inspect your shipment immediately and contact us. We will assist you promptly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
